This roast level has a medium acidity and body & less caffeine than the lighter roasts. It has an easy-to-drink taste that is not too overpowering. The medium roast preserves many flavors of the coffee’s origin, but it begins to reach into the deep caramel sweetness of a longer roast. These coffee is an excellent choice for people who prefer not as strong tastes but still want to experience that rich flavor and aroma that coffee has to offer.
