Arabica or Robusta?
High Quality

The main differences between them are their taste and where they are grown. When it comes to their difference in caffeine level, Robusta beans contain twice the level of caffeine and bittenner taste than Arabica beans. Flavor
by Altitude

We invite you to try the mountain coffee of Ecuador.

  • Pure Grades It is very important to select the coffee beans by origin, agricultural area, altitude, the variety of Arabica coffee and the best crops.
  • Wide Assortment Before roasting and grinding, the coffee beans must be selected for the size and quality of the grain. They then enter the drying process under the sun. In Coffee Latin we manage 7 varieties of Arabica and only one of Robusta.
  • Proper Roasting Light roasting has more caffeine and more acidity to the coffee and the final flavor has fruity and herbaceous
    notes.
The medium roast gives the coffee a darker color and a more bitter flavor than the light
one and gives off notes of caramel.
The dark roast is a coffee with less caffeine, but stronger and gives off notes of dark
    chocolate.
  • Excellent Grinding The exterior of the coffee bean seals in the oils and aromas. Once ground, those volatile oils can begin to evaporate. In order to get the most from your coffee, it’s always best to grind coffee beans yourself just prior to brewing.
  • Awesome Aroma Making great coffee involves using water to extract the flavor of the bean. The temperature of the water, the grind of the bean, and the length of time that the two are in contact determine how strong or weak, bold or mild the coffee is.
  • High Quality Although the characteristics of a good coffee depend largely on the geographic/environmental conditions where it is grown; good producer practices during planting, harvesting and processing are also necessary.
